Our Process:
Onsite meeting – we learn your culture
Assist you in developing the position description
Search our proprietary database for prospects
‘Spider’ (network outside our database)
Pre-qualify all prospects
Conduct a personal meeting with each candidate
Present ‘slates’ of candidates for easier comparison
Coordinate logistics for onsite interviews
 
         
 
It doesn’t end with the interviews, though. We will debrief with both you and the candidates, help you create and execute an offer, complete background checks and call references. And, once the candidate has begun in his or her new position, we will schedule quarterly meetings with you to be sure everything is going well.
