J. Kevin Fitzpatrick is President of Change Management Associates, Inc. and the Managing Director for the CMA Executive Coaching Program.
Kevin has extensive experience in the functional areas of Human Resources and Operations, including recruiting, organizational management, succession planning as well as compensation and benefits administration.
Prior to joining CMA as a full partner, Kevin was Vice President, Client Services with Career Concepts, Inc., a full service HR Consulting and Career Management firm. Kevin’s role included business development, coaching, recruiting and HR consulting responsibilities for a broad range of customers across multiple industries.
Kevin was formerly Senior Vice President Operations for THE BISYS Group, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA (a $960 million business process outsourcing solutions provider with 5,000 employees in multiple location.). At BISYS he managed a direct staff of 20 and a total complement of 400 in nine locations with an operating budget in excess of $2.5 million per year.
Previously he was Senior Vice President Human Resources at BISYS, supporting three divisions in Insurance, Education and Licensing, employing 1,200 in 33 U.S. locations with over $200 million of annual revenue. He started with BISYS as Vice President Human Resources in the Information and Technology Group which focused on outsourcing support including data processing, check imaging, e-Commerce and network development primarily for the banking industry.
At Reed Elsevier, plc. (a $5.5 billion global publisher with 36,000 global employees), Kevin was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources for the Reed Travel Group, and from 1994 to 1996 he was Vice President Human Resources for the Reed Technology & Information Services Group.
Kevin spent his early career at the General Electric Company where he held positions in the human resources departments of Management and Data Systems (1992-1994), GE Ocean and Radar Systems (1991-1992), GE Government Electronic Systems (1988-1991), as well as Compensation and Labor Relations for GE M&SRD (RCA) (1984-1988).
Kevin began his career in Human Resources in Compensation with Delaware County, PA followed by two years in Healthcare HR with Albert Einstein Medical Group.
Kevin earned a BA Public Administration in1981 from West Chester University in West Chester, PA, and has also done post-graduate work in Management at Monmouth College in New Jersey.
