Change Management Associates is a retained search firm.  We work exclusively with clients who engage us to fill specific positions.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality of information is a keystone of our business.  We never present a candidate’s credentials to a client without specific permission from that candidate.  We do not “blast” resumes.

Your resume
